Common questions
How do I log a set with my voice?
Start a workout, press and hold the microphone, and say your set out loud — for example, "185 for 8." Release, and Build transcribes it and logs the weight and reps to the current exercise.
How do I import a routine from a photo?
Go to your routines, choose to import, and pick a screenshot or photo of the routine. Build reads the exercises, sets, and reps and turns them into a routine you can review and save.
How do I back up or export my data?
Go to Settings → Data → Export to download your workout history as a CSV file.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from Settings in the app, which removes your associated data. You can also email help@usebuild.app and we'll take care of it.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. Manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
Does Build work with Apple Health?
Yes — you can save completed workouts to Apple Health. Build only writes workouts; it never reads your health data.
